Information clause regarding video monitoring of the Marco Service shipyard located in
Szczecin at str. Logistyczna 12

 

• The controller of your personal data from video monitoring is Marco Service Sp. z o. o., which can be contacted at the correspondence address: ul. Bytomska 15, 70-603 Szczecin, or by email: biuro@marcoservice.com.pl.
• The entire area of the shipyard located in Szczecin at ul. Logistyczna 12 is video-monitored.
• All data recorded by video monitoring cameras is saved and available for a maximum of 30 days. The storage time depends on the number of events and the capacity of the recorder’s disk. When the disk space runs out, the data is automatically overwritten. Only the image (no sound) is subject to registration and storage of data on the medium.
• For evidentiary purposes, recordings of events recorded by the video monitoring system, that, among others, threaten public safety and order, involve destruction and theft of property, are secured.
• Your personal data will be processed to ensure public security and order and to protect persons and property pursuant to Article 6 (1)(e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) and pursuant to Article 222 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 – Labour Code.
• No automated decisions regarding you (decisions without significant human participation) will be made, and your personal data will not be subject to profiling.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – if the processing of your personal data violates the personal data protection regulations.
