SAFETY, QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION RULES APPLICABLE AT MARCO SERVICE SHIPYARD

• Entry/access to the shipyard area is possible only with appropriate permission granted by authorized Marco Service Sp. z o.o. employees. The intention to enter/access the shipyard area should be made at the reception desk or via the phone number +48 609582162.
• Marco Service Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to charge parties intending to perform work at the shipyard for entities other than subcontractors employed by Marco Service Sp. z o.o. with fees specified in separate regulations.
• Motor vehicles may be driven within the shipyard at a speed not exceeding 10 km/h. Vehicles may be parked only in designated parking spaces or places indicated by the shipyard management. The car park for guests and subcontractors is unguarded and monitored.
• Moving around the shipyard area is possible only with the permission of the shipyard management or with the assistance of a designated employee.
• If applicable, the entrant must prepare a list of materials, tools, and equipment that are to be brought in and taken out of the shipyard area.
• Those leaving the shipyard area agree to have the materials, tools, devices, etc. transported in the vehicle inspected.
• Marco Service Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the loss or damage of vehicles, materials, tools, and devices left on its premises. This also applies to liability for damage that may result from repair works, including maintenance and painting works.
• Entry and parking of vehicles along the waterfront and its green belt is strictly prohibited.
• The user of the vehicle is responsible for any damage caused to the shipyard and persons staying in its area.
• Due to repair processes and safety, Marco Service Sp. z o.o. has the right to request the immediate removal of vehicles from the yard without justification.
• Persons with passes are obliged to show them without being asked before entering/exiting the shipyard area.
• It is prohibited to touch any electrical or mechanical devices without obtaining appropriate authorization.
• It is forbidden to move around the shipyard area without wearing protective helmets.
• Storing/disposing of any waste in the shipyard area is allowed only with the consent of the shipyard management.
• It is prohibited to throw any waste or any other materials into the water body.
• Smoking cigarettes (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited outside specifically designated areas.
• If any event is noticed that may result in a threat to life, health, property, or the environment, such an incident should be reported to the shipyard management and/or reported by phone at +48 609582162.
• Detailed safety rules apply in the shipyard area, included in the Safety Clause. All persons staying at the shipyard are obliged to follow the rules set out in this clause.
